Product Properties
• It is non-volatile in nature. It remains in the formulation after curing and addsvolume to the product.
• In pigments, Carbon black and phthalocyanine blue are more difficult to disperse. Adwil lube 40 help to improves dispersion of Carbon black & phthalocyanine blue pigments. Used in Polyolefin/ PVC colour masterbatch.
• It acts as a special wetting and dispersing component adsorbed on particle surface reduce the interactive forces between particles and prevent re- agglomeration.
• Reduce pin-holes as it release air from PVC paste.
• Improved surface finish/quality of end-product.

Suggested Application
• Adwil lube 40 help to improves dispersion of Carbon black & phthalocyanine bluepigments. Used in Polyolefin/ PVC colour masterbatch.
• Viscosity depressant for PVC paste/Plastisol, toys, flooring and other PVC plastisol based products

Dosage
• 0.5 – 1.0 % as wetting agent for masterbatch.
• 5-10% of total plasticizer for desired viscosity and stiffness required in artificial leather clothing, toys, flooring and other PVC plastisol-based product.

• 0.5 -1.5% in EPS moulding, SAN
• 0.1 to 2.0 phr in PVC (as per end-use requirement)
• 0.5 - 1% on total compound weight in engineering polymers
